In a fiery enocunter, two highly comitted sides battled hard in a dismal night in UL this evening. Baz Hourigan, Liam O'Brien and Mark Ryan got on the score sheet to keep Brakes in with a shout of the title as they try to recover from some early season poor performances.

However Wembledines gave them a tough contest as they battled for everything and at the break there was nothing between these sides. In fact both sides were equally matched, util Baz Hourigan got the opener that knocked the stuffing out of Wembledines. 'Dines battled on as Barry Dwane looked to control midfield, getting involved some nice attacking moves and and continued to create chances but it was Brakes who were the deserved winners in the end and keep their title hopes alive.
