It's a dark damp day. Wales just knocked themselves out of the World Cup. Poor old Stephen Jones. Why didn't he take a chance for a drop gaol when he was right in front of the goals. What would have he lost. I supposed it's easy for me snuggled up in the comfort of home to say that. He has the pressure of the crowd the occasion,the world press and TV.Would we take a chance. The same is true in everyday life. We see a lot of people without jobs. Available for them are many courses and opportunities to train and improve their position. Why don't some of them take a chance ?. Confidence maybe. What have you to lose. Fear of failure maybe again what have you to lose. If you take on training and it doesn't work out what have you lost. Maybe you have gained a lot. At least you now know that the kind of course you took on was not suitable and you can take a look at a  different area which may be more suitable. I always said to the teams I managed just before they would go on the pitch don't come off saying IF ONLY. Do it try it. Stehen Jones this morning is saying what if I took the drop goal. Don't be like Jones have a go. Keep the Faith
